Yes. Safari helps with customs clearance and explains which information and documents are needed for your shipment. Tell us what you are sending and whether it is a purchase, household goods for a move or another type of shipment.
Can I use Safari when shopping at IKEA or an online store?
Yes. You can use Safari’s delivery address in Denmark if the store can deliver there. Send us the order confirmation or invoice, and we will help with the next steps. We will need the seller’s invoice for customs clearance. Find the address and instructions on our IKEA and online shopping page.
